What a supplier is on this platform
A supplier is a seller organisation whose publicly listed prices, pack sizes and availability BM Discounter compares. It is not an account type, and it is not the same thing as a business profile. A supplier needs no account with us to be compared, pays nothing to appear, and cannot buy a position in a comparison.

These are the sellers whose offers currently appear. The list changes only when a supplier's public data can be sourced and verified, never because of a commercial arrangement.
How a supplier offer reaches a comparison
- The offer is recorded from a public sourcePrice, pack size, availability and fulfilment come from the supplier's own public listing, and the date each was observed is shown next to it.
- The catalogue team matches it to a productAn offer is attached to a product only when the pack, unit and specification line up. Where they do not line up with certainty, the offer is left off rather than guessed at.
- It is ranked on price, and on nothing elsePosition is the comparison's own arithmetic over what was recorded. There is no paid ranking to buy and none is offered.
